We treat fire and medical reports as confidential information. From time to time we receive requests for reports. We will gladly provide the injured or affected party with a copy of our report. Often this will assist the party in settling an insurance claim. Reports are also provided when requested by a court order.
Copies of medical run reports are provided to the transporting ambulance squad to assist in patient care. Ambulance and hospital records are protected under HIPAA laws.
