Peacham Planning Commission Town Plan Report 12/6/11 In accordance with 24 V.S.A. §4384(c) the Peacham Planning Commission presents this report.
" A draft of the new Town Plan has been completed.
" The Peacham Planning Commission held a public hearing on November 8, 2011, at 7:30PM at the Peacham Town Hall to consider the draft Town Plan.
" The draft Town Plan makes no significant changes to the plan adopted in 2005 and re-adopted in 2010.
" The Peacham Planning Commission has edited and simplified the previous Town Plan and has updated census and land use data where appropriate.
" The Peacham Planning Commission has updated language in the draft Town Plan to reflect changes in Vermont statutes.
